Lounge 31 was unsettlingly illegible that evening,Michael Kors, but plenty lively. All three bar areas of the second-floor night-life adjunct to Bistro 31 were jumping. In particular, the Champagne room, originally conceived as a reservations-only redoubt, vibrated with bass-heavy beats while the big-screen monitor streamed a Japanese baseball game to the attention of no one.
