Defense attorney Glenn Adams has argued that what happened was not an aggravated kidnapping. Dodd knew she was going to Guerra's house,Michael Kors, and others knew she was going,Michael Kors, Adams said. Adams also noted that Dodd went willingly to the house and didn't struggle as Guerra taped her up. He also pointed to testimony from the doctor who treated Dodd in the hospital emergency room. He said Dodd's injuries weren't life-threatening.
